Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days from then to send it back. This applies to all items, including sale items.

Eligibility

  • Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. You can try items on as you would in a shop, but if an item has been worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
  • Gift cards and personalised or custom-made items can't be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, boxers and swimwear supplied in a sealed hygiene bag can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

How to return

Email support@riverslide.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll then send you instructions on where to send your item. Please package items securely. We can't accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, in which case we'll cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome by email. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return (or proof that you've sent it back, if sooner). If you return your whole order, we'll also refund the original standard delivery charge. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need, so you get it as quickly as possible.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days at support@riverslide.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a full refund. If a fault appears later, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with your statutory rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
